Anne Nye

Anne Nye received her Bachelor of Music degree in French horn Performance from Wheaton Conservatory of Music. In addition to performing with Allegro, she is second horn with the Pennsylvania Philharmonic and often performs 

with the Mid Atlantic Symphony, Lancaster Symphony, York Symphony, Reading Symphony, Kennett Symphony, Maryland Lyric Opera and the Opera Lancaster Orchestra. She loves performing chamber music and co­-formed several groups including the Susquehanna Wind Quintet, Prana Winds and the Manor Winds. She is also a member of the Lancaster Brass Quintet. She is the adjunct horn teacher at Lancaster Bible College and maintains a small home studio. She lives in Lancaster with her husband Rob and enjoys gardening and maintains a small antique business on the side.
