TJ Titcomb is one of the founding Board members of Allegro and served as the Board President for the first ten years. TJ has been helping organizations manage change, prevent problems and develop leaders for forty years. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, she holds a PhD in organizational development and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. TJ is an OD consultant with Cargas Systems, an employee-owned software and business consulting company that has been on the Best Places to Work in PA list for twelve years. The company was the recipient of the 2016 Ethics in Business Award and named the 2016 Central Penn Business Journal Business of the Year.
In addition to her consulting that focuses primarily on retirement communities, TJ is also active in her community. She is secretary of the Board of the Municipal Authority of the Township of East Hempfield (Hempfield Water Authority). TJ also serves on the Board of Directors of the Wheatland Chorale. A long-time member of First United Methodist Church in Lancaster, she sings tenor in the Chancel Choir. TJ lives in East Hempfield with her husband of 48 years, Warren.
